Though no one can go back and make a brand new start, anyone can start from now and make a brand new ending.

Morgan County Sheriff's Office
In 2015, we began our Northern ATCC program serving mainly Morgan, Greene, and Jasper Co. participants. Sheriff Markley was kind enough to allow us group and office space at the Sheriff's Office, but we were bursting at the seams until we received our new building, donated by the Morgan Hospital Authority at 1075 S. Main Street, Madison.
Our Inspirational Motto
NuArt Printers made a sign of our motto, which says everything about our program. Our participants are starting now and making new endings.
But the new endings don't come without challenges.
When they begin the program, most participants have many struggles that we have to discipline.
We love to reward the victories but ...
we must and do sanction the failures.
Every day we determine how to help control behavior.
And we have to determine the sanctions for failures. And some participants have a lot of failures.
We celebrate the successes.
It is an emotional time when our participants get to the place of graduation. They have worked hard, and we have invested in them. We celebrate with them the new lives they can live.
The graduations are almost as important to us as for the graduates.
By the time our participants get to the point of graduation, we have come to know them very well. It takes an average of two years to get to this point, and we have seen them overcome so many struggles and challenges. We share in their victories.
The changes are amazing.
We started showing before and after pictures at graduations to show everyone the physical, as well as the mental and emotional changes that are made in this program. Many are hilarious!
Graduation
Success is sweet.
