OUR TEAM CONSISTS OF REPRESENTATIVES FROM MANY DIFFERENT AGENCIES

The ATCC Mental Health and Substance Abuse Courts serve as an alternative to costly incarceration. All of the participants in our programs are facing criminal charges, so the Court system is involved. Defendants with substance abuse and/or mental health issues charged with or convicted of non-violent drug or property crimes may apply to enter our program. Our team includes Judges, District Attorneys, Public Defenders, Program Coordinators, Case Managers, Treatment Providers, Probation Officers, Surveillance Officers, and Drug Screening Collectors.
